Job Summary | We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic IT Service Delivery Apprentices (Interns) to join our team. The Apprentice (Intern) will assist in delivering high-quality IT services to our clients and internal teams. This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT service management and delivery. |
Preferred Skills | · Complete understanding cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP) and Dev/OPS process. · Good understanding of operating systems (Windows, Unix), and Observability Tools · Strong knowledge in Python coding. · Basic knowledge of Networking, Cyber Security principles. · Familiarity with SDLC, IT service management concepts |
Key Responsibilities
| · Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving technical issues reported by users or detected through monitoring systems. This could involve Datacenter, Cloud Infra, network, or security issues. · Build Infrastructure using CICD pipelines. · Manage Cloud infrastructure services and Dev Ops operations for cloud-based technologies and Infrastructure operations. · Manage and operate infrastructure and operations in line with service and experience level agreements. · Maintain reliable and secure Cloud / IT infrastructure. · Identify ways to continually improve services and increase operational effectiveness. |

Eligibility Criteria | · 60% overall education. · Year of graduation: 2024 / 2025 · BE/B.Tech (CS/IS/IT/ECE/ETC/EE/Circuit Branches) with programming knowledge mandatory) · Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications. · Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. · Good communication and interpersonal skills. · Good Document writing skills and SOP preparation · Ability to work independently and as part of a team. · Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies. · Location – Pune/Bangalore/ Chennai · No standing Backlogs · Mandatory - Flexible for any location · Ready to work in any Shift, Technology and role |
