JOB DESCRIPTION:

Junior Software Engineer (with initial internship for graduates)

Compensation:

• Internship Stipend: $300 per month for three months.


• Full-Time Starting Salary: $550 per month after tax.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related IT technical discipline 
  Proficiency in at least one object oriented programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C++, JavaScript) and a willingness to learn new languages as needed
  Ability to demonstrate an understanding of computer science fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms 
  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively 
  Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment 
  Reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work 
Preferred Qualifications:

  Knowledge of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js) 
  Familiarity with development tools (IDEs, debugging tools) and familiarity with relevant frameworks and libraries 
  Basic understanding of JavaScript fundamentals and modern JavaScript libraries 
  Familiarity with responsive design principles and mobile-first development 
  Experience with version control tools such as Git 
  Knowledge of .NET Core and MSSQL is a nice-to-have 
  Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies 
  Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail 
  Effective communication and collaboration skills
