Eligibility for the MCA PM Internship Scheme 2024

The eligibility criteria for the PM Internship Scheme 2024 is available below in terms of educational qualification and age limit for ITI, Diploma and Degree is available below.

Educational Qualification:

ITI: The candidate must have passed the Matriculation exam; additionally, the individual must have completed the ITI in the respective trade from an institution recognized by the NCVT/SCVT.
Diploma: The individual must have passed the Intermediate exam, and completed the Diploma in the respective discipline from an institution recognised by the AICTE.
Degree: The candidate is required to have pursued a Bachelor’s degree from a university or institution recognised by the UGC or AICTE.

Age Limit:

The age limit for PM Internship Scheme 2024 for ITI, Diploma and Degree holders is 18 to 24 years.
The upper age relaxation is applicable for 3 years for OBC (NCL) and 5 years for SC and ST.

Document Required for PM Internship Scheme 2024

In order to apply for the Prime Minister Internship Scheme 2024, a candidate must have the required documents which are as follows.

Matriculation certificate
ITI trade certificate (for ITI holders)
Intermediate (12th class) certificate (for Diploma holders)
Diploma certificate (recognized by AICTE)
Graduation degree certificate (for Degree holders, recognized by UGC/AICTE)
Birth certificate (or any other proof of age)
Aadhaar card (or other identity proof like PAN, Voter ID, or Passport)
Caste certificate (for OBC/SC/ST candidates)
Domicile certificate (if applicable)
Passport-sized photographs
Bank account details (for stipend processing)

Benefits of the PM Internship Scheme 2024

The benefits which are going to be provided to candidates who will be shortlisted for the PM Internship Scheme 2024 are as follows:

The individual is going to get one-year internship i.e. real-life work experience in any of the 500 top companies of India, which will increase their working and make easy for that candidate to get a good job with a decent salary.
During the intership period, the individual is going to avail the benefits of ₹5,000/- monthly stipend, out of which, 4500 will come from GOI, and 500 from the Company.
The individual will also age one-time assistance of ₹6,000/ directly from the Government of India.
