JOB DESCRIPTION:
Designation: Associate Software Developer/Associate Software Engineer Location: Indore /Bangluru, India Minimum Qualifications: B. Tech. (CS/IT/EC)/MCA/M. Tech. (CS/IT) Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Competencies: Understanding & experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer or similar role. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Experience with software design and development in a test-driven environment. Experience in coding languages like Java,J2EE or C++ or Python, Linux, Shell Script etc. Knowledge frameworks/systems (e.g. AngularJS, Git). Knowledge with databases (MySQL, MongoDB) and Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks (e.g. Hibernate). Ability to learn new languages and technologies. Excellent communication skills. Resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude. Attention to detail. What we look for? Minimum of 0-6 months Software development experience. · Adaptable within a fast-paced environment. · Capable of handling multiples projects/initiatives simultaneously and executing to completion. · Must have positive and professional verbal and written communication skills and maintain excellent interpersonal skills. · Ability to challenge and manage the change of status quo. · Telco experience would be preferred.
