🚀 Role: Trainee Data Management Consultant

As a key player, you will:

Collaborate with technical and business end-users for data solutions.
Diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues as first-level support.
Work on Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence algorithms.
Manage customer SLAs and support requests.

💡 Required Knowledge & Skills:

1. Excellent knowledge of RDMS concepts.
2. Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, Shell scripting, and Unix commands.
3. Excellent Communication and Documentation skills.
4. Availability for 24x7 Global shifts.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Good written and verbal communication.
2. Understanding of computer science fundamentals.
3. Creative problem-solving and debugging skills.
4. Any technical certification or internship experience is an advantage.
5. 2022 - 2023 - 2024 passout candidates preferred.
