JOB DESCRIPTION:
JSP || Graduate Engineer Trainee Off-Campus Drive 2023 Batch
Role: Graduate Engineer Trainee
Location - Angul, Odisha
Batch - B.Tech./M.Tech.  - 2023
Last date to apply - 14th December 2023
Tentative date of joining - Immediate joinees

Candidates pursuing their B.Tech. in the following domains are eligible for the selection drive:
Mechanical

Mechatronics

Metallurgy

Electrical

Computer Science

Civil

Ceramic

Chemical

Production/Industrial Engineering

Safety and Fire

Instrumentation/Electronics

Mining 

Following are the Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 60% or equivalent CGPA in 10th & 12th 
Minimum 65% or equivalent CGPA in Graduation with no active backlog in any of the subjects during the campus drive. 
Tier 1 & Tier 2 colleges to be preferred. 
Should not have more than a 1-year gap between two consecutive academic courses. 
Eg.- If a candidate passed his/her 12th in 2012 and joined his graduation in 2014 then this qualifies as 2-year GAP such cases should not be shortlisted for further process
The selection process will be as below,

Round 1 – Online Aptitude Test (Aptitude and Technical)

Round 2 – Online Psychometric and Behavioural Test

Round 3 – Group Discussion (if necessary)

Round 4 – Online Technical /Domain Interview (Panel Interview with HR)

Round 5 - Interaction with CHRO


Written Tests shall be conducted online in an AI-enabled proctored environment (Infrastructure required- webcam and internet-enabled PC)

Please note: The students who have appeared in the process should not reapply for this position.
