JOB DESCRIPTION:

This position belongs to the 2024 Xiaomi Intern Recruitment Program.

The ideal candidate's graduation time must be between Jan. 2024 - Dec. 2024



Responsibilities

- Responsible for the operation and maintenance of Xiaomi's global business, participate in the team’s on-call rotation (24x7), assist in the discovery and response of online faults.
- Design the product back-end architecture together with R&D engineers, realize distributed and clustered operation and maintenance, ensure cluster availability and stability, formulate and implement relevant operation and maintenance technical solutions to ensure efficient and stable operation of services.
- Responsible for the design and implementation of automation tools or systems related to operation and maintenance, reduce manual intervention, and realize the operation and maintenance system management business system.
- Cost control and optimization through technical means, and improvement of service management efficiency through tooling and processes.


Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- In-depth understanding of Unix/Linux system and Bash operation, in-depth understanding of TCP/IP and IPv6 and other network protocols are better.
- Familiar with at least one of the languages, such as C++/GO/JAVA/Python, and have some experience in Linux shell development.
- Have a sense of teamwork and communication skills, have a sense of responsibility, have the courage to take pressure, and have strong learning and innovation capabilities.
- Business Fluent in English, Chinese mandarin a plus (oral part only is acceptable).
