• An engineering bachelor's or master's degree (all disciplines)
• Years of experience: 0 to 3
• A history of excellent academic achievement
• Proven analytical, artistic, and communication abilities
• Root cause analysis and problem-solving abilities that have been shown
• Capacity to work analytically and creatively in a problem-solving setting
• Willingness to contribute in a collaborative setting
