*After the Internship, you will be given Full-Time Role if your performance is not worst.
Spring Analysts begin their six-month internship in January. Spring Analysts are assigned to a development or infrastructure team, both of which are designed to provide a real-world, project-based experience that demonstrates firsthand what it's like to work as a technologist for a world-class financial firm.
Training program:
An induction day provides an overview of the Firm, our structure, and strategy, as well as guidance on making the transition from campus to the corporate environment. Summer Analysts work on live projects of real relevance to Morgan Stanley after being placed in teams. Throughout the Program, students attend guest lectures from senior management as well as networking, team building, social, and charitable events.
- You are a Bachelor's or Master's student in your final year.
- First Preference given to computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, information technology, or other related technical majors.
- You have prior experience with at least one programming language, such as Java, C++, or C#, as well as database knowledge.
- You are familiar with operating systems (Windows and Unix).
- You have excellent problem-solving abilities, object-oriented development experience, a solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and complexity theory, and strong database and scripting skills.
- You excel at problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and analysis.
- You speak English very well.
