JOB DESCRIPTION
Eligibility:
- Final year B.E./ B.Tech students from throughout India are eligible to compete.
- Final year MBA students pursuing a full time two-year MBA Program
Specializations preferred:
- MBA specializations include business analytics, big data analytics, data science, finance sales and marketing, strategy, general management, and operations (Pre - MBA Work Experience: 0-4 years)
- Engineering: All Branches
Competition Structure:
Round 1 - Online Aptitude Assessment (Data/Marketing Analyst):
- All the registered candidates will undertake an online aptitude assessment on their chosen track at the time of registration
- The aptitude assessment will contain questions on general aptitude
- This is an elimination round*
Round 2 - Case Submission Round:
- The candidates will have to submit a presentation with the solutions for the case study
- Maximum permissible size: 20 MB
- Maximum number of slides:10
- The candidates also have to submit their latest CV in PDF format
- The candidates are requested to upload their presentations a few hours before the deadline to avoid high traffic closer to the deadline
- This is an elimination round*
Round 3 - Interview Round: Shortlisted candidates from the case study submission round will be interviewed by FedEx’s interview panel for the open positions

- Shortlisted candidates will be offered a full-time opportunity with the FedEx India COE (Centre of Excellence) Team*
- Annual compensation offered can be up to INR 20 LPA subject to conditions including but not limited to role fitment, institute, years of experience
