JOB DESCRIPTION                        

Eligibility:

• Final year B.E./ B.Tech students from throughout India are eligible to compete.
• Final year MBA students pursuing a full time two-year MBA Program

Specializations preferred:

• MBA specializations include business analytics, big data analytics, data science, finance sales and marketing, strategy, general management, and operations (Pre - MBA Work Experience: 0-4 years)
• Engineering: All Branches

Competition Structure: 

Round 1 - Online Aptitude Assessment (Data/Marketing Analyst):

• All the registered candidates will undertake an online aptitude assessment on their chosen track at the time of registration
• The aptitude assessment will contain questions on general aptitude
• This is an elimination round*

Round 2 - Case Submission Round:

• The candidates will have to submit a presentation with the solutions for the case study
• Maximum permissible size: 20 MB
• Maximum number of slides:10
• The candidates also have to submit their latest CV in PDF format
• The candidates are requested to upload their presentations a few hours before the deadline to avoid high traffic closer to the deadline
• This is an elimination round*

Round 3 - Interview Round: Shortlisted candidates from the case study submission round will be interviewed by FedEx’s interview panel for the open positions

• Annual compensation offered can be up to INR 20 LPA subject to conditions including but not limited to role fitment, institute, years of experience
