An Associate Technical Support Engineering Trainee is needed by the Red Hat Global Support Services team. You will get the chance to collaborate with top open-source developers as a part of our graduate trainee program to support cutting-edge products and client services. Additionally, you will receive on-the-job training that covers technical troubleshooting, soft skill development, and an introduction to Red Hat solutions including Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), Red Hat Openshift Container Platform, Red Hat Storage, Virtualization, Clustering, Cloud, and Satellite. In order to maximize uptime and save IT expenses, the Global Support Services team focuses on addressing difficulties for business customers by offering high-level technical support and sustaining engineering services.
You will get the chance to receive in-depth training from our specialists on Red Hat products and technologies, as well as the procedures and workflows for giving our clients enterprise support experience, throughout this program. You will receive technical training as well as instruction in soft skills and customer service techniques that will help you develop as a support professional.
For up to 6 months, the graduate trainee program 2022-2023 will be done virtually. At the conclusion of the apprenticeship period, this position may transition into full-time employment as an Associate Technical Support Engineer.

- knowledge of Linux, containers, Kubernetes, and open source at a basic level
- basic understanding of UNIX services and principles as well as TCP/IP networking
- Project contributions from the open source community are advantageous.
- OpenShift Administration Red Hat Certified Specialist is a plus
