Program Structures:

• Courses will be held virtually over the weekends. Each tech course will consist of three two-hour sessions (delivered over three weekends), and each non-tech course will consist of one two-hour session.
• Learning and networking events will be conducted in the evening on weekdays, totaling two to four hours each month. 
• Groups comprising no more than four students will each have a dedicated mentor throughout the duration of the program.

Selection Process: 

Selection is based on a three-step process:

• Students must submit an online application that includes the following:
• A resume that includes the student’s GPA, course of study, and any record of achievement or distinction.
• A self-nomination in which the candidates describe their interest in the opportunity and/or what makes them a compelling applicant (300 words or less).
• Students selected to go onto the next round will then undertake an online test covering general aptitude and basic programming questions.
• Students selected to go onto the final round based on their test results will then be interviewed for final selection.

Eligibility Criteria
The program is open to women students who are enrolled in a full-time course and meet one of the following eligibility criteria:

• Second/third-year student in a BTech/BE program;
• Third/fourth-year student in a five-year dual degree program (BTech + MTech, BE + ME);
• First-year student in a two-year MTech/MS/MCA program; or
• Second-year student in a three-year MCA program;
