Look what we have got for you. We are hiring for an HR intern role at our organisation.

Designation: HR Intern
Internship Duration: 6 Months
Location: Chennai (WFO)

Qualification & Eligibility

MBA: 2021/2022/2023/2024
Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech, B.Sc., BCA or any other technical background is preferred 

Roles and Responsibilities

-Responsible for all aspects of recruitment (end-to-end recruitment).
-Should have learning skills. 
-Knowledge in Sourcing, Screening and -Shortlisting the good profiles using different tools such as Linkedin, Naukri, etc.
-Manage the recruiting, sourcing, screening, and interviewing of applicants for assigned openings within Accolite. - good to have.
-Maintain effective working relationships with Leads 
-Conduct screening interviews to determine which candidates meet minimum qualifications.
