JOB DESCRIPTION:
*Off Campus Drive* Role: Associate – L1 Support, TerraPay Industry: FinTech Company: TerraPay builds payments infrastructure globally, providing a B2B real time cross border payments service for mobile wallets and bank accounts; as well as transaction processing, clearing and settlement services for regional and domestic faster payment systems. We believe in the power of the mobile to transform financial inclusion and are building the digital payment infrastructure to fulfil our vision of being able to send money to any mobile.Delivering IT and related assistance upon request, or as you deem suitable. Configuring new desktops, routers, modems, and similar devices. Performing routine inspections and upkeep of existing installations. Installing and configuring client computer systems. Responding to client IT support requests. Diagnose software, networking, or hardware issues. Providing technical support via remote-access systems. Repairing hardware malfunctions, software issues, and networking problems. Receiving and documenting requests for support Maintaining good client relations. Tracking and managing work records. Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues. Compiling job reports. Advising staff on appropriate procedures for directing their IT-related queries and recommendations. Updating computer operating systems and other important software, as needed. Substantiating requests for hardware and software purchases and upgrades, if appropriate.
